Rich Coburn is a pianist, vocal coach, organist and trained mediator.

For more than a decade of freelancing throughout North America and China he struggled to negotiate contracts, and decide what was a “fair price.” He missed opportunities because he “wasn’t good at networking.” He couldn’t figure out how much leverage he had is discussions, or how to gain more.

Now a conflict resoltion speicialist, Rich teaches communication and negotiation skills to freelancers. They are the skills to achieve better negotiation outcomes, and build better relationships.
